My Story
I’ve spent 25+ years building and scaling businesses across multiple industries, and the lesson has stayed the same: the fundamentals don’t change—know your audience, sharpen the message, and test what moves revenue.

Over the years I’ve led growth efforts ranging from scrappy, early-stage campaigns to full-funnel lead generation systems—positioning, paid acquisition, landing pages, email nurture, and the tracking needed to know what’s actually working.

My most significant venture was DreamReach Virtuals, which I co-founded in 2012. We grew from 3 people to 600+ across six countries in four years, and in 2018 we sold the business to our largest client for seven figures. That experience reinforced something I still believe: good marketing doesn’t just drive leads—it builds durable, sellable companies.

Today, I lead BuzzHawk. You work directly with me on strategy, priorities, and reporting, supported by a specialist delivery team that executes the work. We help B2B companies turn inconsistent pipelines into predictable revenue systems—focused on outcomes, not “pretty reports.”

Based in South Bend, Indiana—when I’m not working with clients, I’m usually volunteering locally and helping small businesses adopt modern tools to grow.
